Central Elementary School is located at 206 S. E. Avenue F.  Central consists of third, fourth, and fifth grades with approximately 275 students enrolled this year (2007-2008). Mrs. Laura Bullock, Central School Principal, strongly encourages and welcomes parental and community involvement within our school. 

We have approximately forty staff members who are dedicated to providing a quality education in a safe and caring environment. Our school strives to form a strong partnership with the Idabel community.  We make every effort to provide a learning environment in which students can develop self-confidence, academic readiness for the future, skills for responsible citizenship, and a desire for life-long learning.  Central school strives to provide academic instruction, guidance and developmental experiences that will prepare all students for personal, social and career success in the 21^st century. 

Idabel is a great place to raise a family, with education being a top priority in our community.  We take pride in educating our students and hope to make education at Central a memorable and worthy experience for every child.
