Freshmen students enrolled in Pre-AP English, from Idabel High School, recently toured the Sherwin Miller Museum of Jewish Art in Tulsa. They were provided a guided tour about the culture and traditions of Judaism as well as an up close look at the museum’s Holocaust collection. This tour concludes to their study over the Holocaust and Genocide Education. Their teacher is Carla Tatum.

Today, our juniors are attending the Chad Cargill ACT Workshop. They have been given great resources and test taking strategies. The attached link is a practice ACT created for the 2025-26 school year. Please assist and/or encourage your student to practice the things they have learned and complete the practice test. Dear Parents and Guardians,

Over the past two days, the number of sick students at Primary South Elementary has continued to increase. Due to this rise, Primary South will transition to virtual instruction on Wednesday and Thursday of this week in an effort to mitigate the spread of illness.

Our goal is to allow time for these illnesses to subside so that students can return to school healthier next week. This temporary move is intended to help slow the spread and support the well-being of both students and staff.

Thank you for your flexibility and continued support as we work to keep our school community safe and healthy.

Again, the transition to virtual days is for Primary South students only. ALL OTHER SCHOOL sites will continue face-to-face instruction as usual.

If your Primary South student is not at school you need to contact their teacher to pick up their learning packets. Please do this immediately.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Hello everyone. Due to the ongoing road conditions that were caused by the snow and ice storm this past weekend, we have made the difficult decision to close school for the remainder of the week. We want to make sure that our students, staff, faculty, and families are safe. After a lot of discussion we feel this is the best option. School will reopen on Monday, February 2nd. We look forward to seeing everyone back in school then.

Please continue to stay safe and warm.

Sincerely,

Dr. Alan Bryant, Ed.D.
